Returns & Refunds

At PrintBrandz, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Due to the custom nature of our promotional products, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds.

Custom Products

Custom-branded and personalized products cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part. Please review your artwork and order details carefully before confirming your purchase.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective product or if there is an error in your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Custom Products

Non-customized products may be returned within 14 days of receipt in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. A restocking fee of 15% may apply.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
